You have a problem in your business and it doesn’t have anything to do with money. You can’t keep employees or there is simply a toxic work environment. In this process we will conduct interviews with all current and past employees. We will keep them all anonymous in order for them to feel safe to tell us all of their concerns and we will report back to you what has been said. This is the best way to obtain information of how your employees truly feel is the root of the problem.
Once the problem and all factors are considered, we will develop a plan of action. Sometimes we discover that the employees just don’t know each other well enough and need some team bonding. Other times it’s more serious and we will need to do some management training in order to rectify the problem. Regardless of the problem, we will be with you to get it taken care of.
